Targhee has extensive experience in litigation consulting, investigative review, and expert assistance in civil and criminal cases involving Superfund liability, toxic torts, Proposition 65, environmental damage claims, and regulatory agency enforcement actions.  The staff routinely performs third-party evaluation and review of various environmental reports, such as Site Assessments, Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Studies and Corrective Measure Plans authored by other consultants. The staff is highly skilled in "team" document review; data interpretation; process research; "forensics"; and meeting tight, unyielding deadlines.
